This is where our SAAS based gamification platform, Coroebus™, comes into play. Designed and developed on the foundation of Neuro Science of Play and Octalysis principles, the Coroebus platform gamifies organization KPIs into theme based game elements, for example, in the Formula 1 theme, ‘Productivity’ can be linked to Driver Points, ‘On time Performance’ can be linked to Lap points etc. With multi-tiered hierarchy, the platform drives a sense of competition and tracks performance at an individual, team and group level. Theme-based Points, Badges, and Leaderboards ensure sustained engagement through the platform.
Additionally, we have integrated a micro-learning platform with the core Coroebus engine to assess skill and competency level of each employee. Whilst the Coroebus platform creates engagement and helps amplify individual and organizational performance, the integrated briefs platform helps develop competencies and customize the learning intervention at an individual as well as organizational level.
The platform has an integrated rewards engine that allows the organization to customize their rewards strategy. Whilst the platform has inbuilt reporting mechanism, as a part of ongoing platform enhancement, we are now developing interactive data visualization elements in the platform to further help the employees and organizations amplify their performance. At the next stage, the intention is to support the platform with AI and ML algorithms.
